Establece metas y prioridades:<\/strong> Coge un calendario en blanco y apunta los objetivos de cada d\u00eda, semana y mes.<br \/>\n<strong>2. Planifica y organiza:<\/strong> Dedica tiempo a planificar tus tareas. Haz una lista y apuntalas en una agenda o lista de tareas (Ejem.: To Do de Microsoft 365).<br \/>\n<strong>3. Delega tareas:<\/strong> Si eres una persona que te gusta hacerlo todo a tu manera, te ayudar\u00eda aprende a delegar responsabilidades a otros miembros de tu equipo.<br \/>\n<strong>4. Evita las distracciones:<\/strong> Identifica las distracciones que te roban tiempo y trata de minimizarlas. Apaga las notificaciones innecesarias en tu tel\u00e9fono y encuentra un lugar de trabajo donde te puedas concentrar.<br \/>\n<strong>5. Establece l\u00edmites:<\/strong> Aprende a decir &quot;no&quot; cuando sea necesario. No te sobrecargues con demasiadas tareas o compromisos.<br \/>\n<strong>6.
