HINE, a world leader in integrated solutions for the wind energy industry, announces the opening of its first service center in Parnamirim – Rio Grande do Norte, strategically located in Natal. With an extension of 2200 m2 of floor space, this new service centre marks an important milestone in HINE`s expansion and commitment to the Brazilian market and the Latin American region.

Since its opening on 1 April 2024, the HINE Service Center has been operational, offering hydraulic, electrical, electronic and mechanical spare parts, as well as technical assistance, training and upgrade programmes with the aim of extending the useful life of its customers' machines. It currently has a team of 7 highly experienced employees, and plans to significantly increase its workforce in the near future.

The establishment of this new service centre meets a number of key objectives for HINE:
– To gain proximity to the customer and to the wind farms in Brazil, improving the attention and the response to the needs of the local market.
– To streamline processes, increase flexibility and reduce delivery times to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

The official inauguration of the Service Center was held on 22 May and was attended by approximately 50 people, including leading wind turbine manufacturers, end customers and service providers. During the inauguration event, a panel discussion was held with prominent HINE leaders, including Lander Guibelalde, CEO of HINE Group; Alberto Frauca, CSO; Karmelo Arandia, Managing Director of HINE do Brasil;
and Rogerio Nunes, Sales Manager of HINE Brasil.

The opening of this Service Center marks a significant step in HINE's commitment to service, reinforcing its position as a leading partner in wind energy solutions.
