This wind tool developed and manufactured by HINE allows to turn the drive train and the rotor by remote control thanks to its integrated power unit and control system.

The Turner Rotor is always used in very low wind conditions or even in no wind conditions and can be used for any operation requiring rotor turning, such as mechanical rotor locking, rotor positioning for personnel access to the hub or gearbox inspection.
