HINE Group Strengthens Its Presence in the Spanish Market Through the Acquisition of NH BECO

At HINE Group we continue to move forward with our growth and consolidation plan. We have reached an agreement to acquire Neumática Hidráulica BECO (NH BECO), a company specialising in the distribution, manufacturing and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems for industrial applications.

This addition forms part of our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, a roadmap that combines organic and inorganic growth, international expansion and diversification into new sectors and markets.

A company with a solid industrial track record

Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Valladolid, NH BECO has more than 40 years of experience in the sector. The company has an extensive presence across Castilla y León through its various commercial branches and service centres, a workforce of more than 60 professionals and revenue exceeding 11 million euros in 2025.

Its business is built around two main areas: the distribution of hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical components for industry, and the manufacturing, repair and installation of hydraulic assemblies, electropneumatic panels and oleohydraulic accumulators.
Thanks to this experience, NH BECO has established itself as a benchmark partner for sectors such as automotive, manufacturing industry and agricultural machinery.

Greater proximity, greater capacity and new opportunities

The addition of NH BECO will enable HINE to strengthen its commercial and service presence in central and northern Spain, expanding our customer service capacity and reinforcing our proximity to the market.

This integration will also generate significant synergies in component distribution, technical service and the development of new business opportunities in complementary sectors, driving our strategy of diversification and sustainable growth.

As Lander Guibelalde, CEO of HINE Group, notes: “The addition of NH BECO represents an excellent opportunity to keep growing close to our customers. This transaction fits perfectly with our strategic plan, combining organic and inorganic growth and reinforcing our commitment to diversification. We share a very similar vision on the importance of service, technical expertise and commitment to people.”

For his part, David Becoechea highlights: “Joining HINE will allow us to take on a new stage of growth, supported by an international industrial group with strong technological capabilities and a clear long-term vision.”

At HINE Group we approach this new stage with a commitment to preserving the talent, technical expertise and customer proximity that have historically defined NH BECO.

The union of both companies will allow us to continue building a solid, sustainable and long-term-oriented industrial project, generating greater value for our customers, employees, partners and all the markets in which we operate.
