These Conditions of Use have been prepared in accordance with that laid down in Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and E-commerce; Organic Law 15/1999, on Personal Data Protection; Royal Decree 1720/2007, by which the Implementing Regulation of The Organic Law on Data Protection is approved; Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of physical persons as regards personal data processing and to the free circulation of this data; Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions; Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the Consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complimentary laws, approved by the Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November; Law 47/2002, of 19 December, reforming Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on Retail Trade Ordinance, for transposition into the Spanish national law of Directive 97/7/CE, on distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various community Directives, and as many legal provisions that are applicable; Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and E-commerce.
