HINE Group Drives Its Growth in Europe Through the Acquisition of Nord Fluid

HINE Group has completed the acquisition of Nord Fluid, a business group specialising in the distribution of hydraulic components, as well as the engineering, manufacture and supply of hydraulic systems. Founded in Milan in 1981, the group brings more than 40 years of experience, annual revenues exceeding €60 million, and a strong industrial and commercial presence in Italy and Slovenia.

This acquisition strengthens HINE Group’s growth and diversification strategy, reinforces its position as a global provider of hydraulic components, systems and solutions for industry, and opens up new opportunities for development in the mobile equipment sector. It also adds new distribution and logistics capabilities, supported by an infrastructure holding more than 400,000 stock references and serving a broad export market.

Nord Fluid’s activities focus on the distribution of hydraulic components, the design and assembly of large-scale hydraulic systems, and the manufacture of hydraulic manifolds. The Nord Fluid Group operates five production facilities, four in Italy and one in Slovenia.

With this addition, HINE now has a direct presence in nine countries: Spain, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, India, China, Poland, Italy and Slovenia. The transaction forms part of the HINE 2025-2028 Strategic Plan and follows a series of recent milestones, including the opening of the Polish plant and the integration of NH BECO.

The transaction involves the acquisition of a majority stake in Nord Fluid, with a commitment to acquire 100% of the share capital over the coming years. Daniele Brambilla, CEO of the Nord Fluid Group, and Alberto Carlo Magrì, the Group’s CF&OO, will continue to lead Nord Fluid within HINE. Both companies will work together to leverage their complementary strengths, support a smooth integration process, and ensure continuity for the successful business built by the Nord Fluid team over the years.

“The addition of Nord Fluid strengthens our distribution capabilities, expands our presence across Europe, and enables us to continue growing in both the industrial and mobile equipment markets. We are bringing together new capabilities, new markets and a team with an outstanding track record in the hydraulics industry,” says Lander Guibelalde, CEO of HINE Group.

Following the acquisitions completed during 2026 and the consolidation of its organic growth, HINE Group is approaching 1,000 employees worldwide and is progressing towards its goal of achieving revenues of approximately €300 million by 2027.
